Kevin Kwan is an American novelist and satirical writer Crazy Rich Asians, China Rich Girlfriend and Rich People Problems. His latest book, Sex and Vanity, was released in June 2020. In 2014, Kwan was named one of the "Five Writers Worth Watching" on The Hollywood Reporter's Most Powerful Writers List. In 2018, Kwan entered Time magazine's 100 most influential people list and was inducted into the Hall of Fame of Asia, a Robert Chinn Foundation project founded in 2004 .
