Caroline D’Amore is an American actress, DJ, songwriter, fashion model, and businessperson.

Her parents are founders of D’Amore’s Pizza Connection. Caroline has a daughter with her former husband, musician Bobby Alt, a founding member of punk rock band Street Drum Corps.

Caroline’s paternal grandfather was Joseph D’Amore, Sr. (the son of Francesco/Frank J. D’Amore and Manuella/Emma Pansone). Joseph was born in Massachusetts, to Italian parents.

Caroline’s paternal grandmother was Nicoletta/Nellie Lanci (the daughter of Luigi/Louis Antonino Lanci and Lina). Nicoletta was born in Massachusetts, to Italian parents. Luigi was born in Messina, Sicily, the son of Pasquale Lanci and Nicoletta Castorina.

Caroline’s maternal grandfather was Whetton Philip “Phil” Harry Major (the son of Philip J. Major and Jessie Flora Pringle). Whetton was born in Nova Scotia, Canada, to parents from Canada. Jessie was the daughter of James Pringle and Issabel McAuly/McAuley.

Caroline’s maternal grandmother was Althea Christie Bogert (the daughter of Herbert Bogert and Ella Florence Updike). Althea was born in Closter, New Jersey. Herbert was the son of David Clark Bogert and Eva. Ella was the daughter of James M. F. Updike and Ella Florence.
