Daniel Joseph Lockin is an American actor and dancer who has appeared on stage, on television and in films. He is best known for his role as Barnaby Tucker in the 1969 film Hello, Dolly !. In August 1977, Lockin was stabbed more than 100 times by a man he met at a bar in Garden Grove, California. In September 1978, her killer was convicted of intentional manslaughter and sentenced to four years in prison.
