Can Bluebird card be used as debit?
You can use your Bluebird® American Express® Prepaid Debit Card virtually anywhere American Express Cards are accepted. If a merchant asks you to choose between “credit” and “debit,” select “credit.” No PIN is required for in store purchases.
Why did I receive a bluebird debit card?
