Cam Newton just became a first-time dad!
The Carolina Panthers quarterback announced on Twitter that his girlfriend Kia Proctor had given birth to a baby boy.

According to The Charlotte Observer, the duo's son was born on Christmas Eve, which explains why Cam performed a new touchdown dance on Sunday. Fans were initially confused as to why he was cradling the ball like a baby!
