Hilaria and Alec, 58 — who announced they are expecting their third child together, a boy, last March — are already parents to two kids, Carmen, 3, and Rafael, 1. The 30 Rock actor is additionally a dad to a 20-year-old daughter, Ireland, from his first marriage to Kim Basinger.
